What others are saying about PAM HOGEWEIDE
Pam’s passion challenges the reader to go beyond the surface. Pam is a woman who listens. While teetering on the verge of whimsy at times, her observations and thoughts are grounded in the rich soil of experience, hers and others. Sometimes when I read her words I can hear the twinkle in her eye!
Deborah Loyd blogger and professor at George Fox Seminary, co-founder of Women’s Convergence
Pam is a clear, strong, wise, and powerful voice into topics that matter. I have known Pam for the past six years as a friend, collaborator, and fellow pot-stirring blogger. She tells it like it is and challenges us to think. Her honesty and passion for the Kingdom of God here, now, is contagious and inspires us all to be more brave, more willing to step towards a life centered on justice, mercy, and love. Pam rocks!
Kathy Escobar blogger and author of Down We Go: Living into the Wild Ways of Jesus

Pam Hogeweide is a courageous and creative force in the blogosphere who consistently challenges and inspires. Her voice is so important in this moment, not just for women looking to find their place in the Church, but for anyone who wants to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with God.”
Rachel Held Evans blogger and author of A Year of Biblical Womanhood: How a Liberated Woman Found Herself Sitting on Her Roof, Covering Her Head, and Calling Her Husband “Master”

Pam, like the Grand Canyon, is deep, beautiful, and sometimes scary. Her reflections on what it means to be a Christian and a woman are so needed in the church today. I’d recommend her voice to anyone searching for a compelling, challenging, and comforting voice along the way.
A.J. Swoboda blogger, pastor and author of Messy: God Likes it that Way

Pam Hogeweide is bold. She is daring. More importantly, I have always admired Pam for her ability to work hard yet still have the creative energy to pour her spirit into inciting, invigorating declarations of faith that spur transformation.

I originally met Pam because she expressed her opinion about an event I was producing. She didn’t like the ticket prices. I invited her to attend for free and write a critique. We became friends. She remains very opinionated. You don’t have to “guess” what she’s thinking or waste time reading between the lines. She says it straight. When you mix her awesome writing abilities with her sassy curiosity it makes her one of the people you actually ought to follow.
